The hope is for the readers to learn from Scott’s spiritual journey and relate to some of these events in order to utilize their own innate gifts. Animal Activist Lorna Moffat Speaks out

Until You Walk The Path, You Won’t Know Where it Goes is hosting animal activist and TV host Lorna Moffat on November 24 at 1 pm eastern.

Lorna Moffat produces a public access TV series called Meet America, which shines a light on the criminal activities of our government. Meet America exposes the truth about the illegal round-ups of wild horses to spending taxpayers hard earned money on frivolous pork giveaways. It is her goal to protect America’s civil rights by exposing how the American public is being robbed of rights, money and ability to get anything accomplished in Congress at all.

Moffat is also involved in a joint lawsuit against Secretary of Interior Ken Salazar and the BLM, for criminally removing our wild horses which, if they were protected would help bring back the wolves, puma, bear, coyote to the lands they dwell upon but because of the powerful meat lobby these animals are removed so livestock grazing can dominate our public lands.

Planting Seeds of Kindness

This years harvest was plentiful on many levels and for many people. This could be said in a metaphorical way as well as literal. Mother Nature was very generous with the sunshine and the rain. The vegetables and fruits grew lush and plentiful.

The branches of my friend’s apple trees hung low under the weight of all the fruit they bore. When it came time to harvest them, there was enough to share with not only friends, but strangers as well. She gave me enough to for me too not only make an abundance of homemade applesauce, but to also prepare and freeze for the future.

It is strange how the simple moments in life can sometimes bring about profound wisdom. As I stood in my kitchen peeling the apples, I began to think in broader terms. The bite size pieces were put into freezer bags with my special combination of spices and sugar, which were put in the freezer for winter. The peelings, seeds, and cores went into a bowl.

When the bowl was full, instead of emptying it into the trash and wasting it, I took it outside to the field and tossed it into the tall grass for whoever wanted to eat it. Some people would say that I was foolish. Who knows what kind of critters the peelings would draw? To them I would simply answer, why would I deny a hungry being food. I took what I needed and shared the rest. In doing so, I also spread the blessings I was given.

Although the peelings and the core will eventually return to the earth, each seed is a potential tree. I say potential because instead of planting them, I spread them and released control over their destinies. Some of them will be eaten. Some will take root. Some will not. Some be washed away by the rains and the melting snow to find other places to either take root or go back to the earth. By tossing them into the field, each seed was given the opportunity to grow into its fullest potential.

In each person, who lives we touch through word or deed, we plant a little of ourselves and they do the same for us. Whether human, animal or spirit, they come into our lives for a reason. We are learn from or to teach them. Usually it happens simultaneously. Yet, the meeting does have a purpose and a place in the grand scheme of life. Whether to heal old wounds or to bring blessings, we are the co-creators of miracle for each other.

Some people put limits who and how they help. Their aid comes with conditions. No matter what label they put on it, the motivation isn’t really help, but to control others. When fear or manipulation prompts the generosity, it is not a gift, but a bribe or bullying of others. It is like planting a seed in a pot and setting it on your window ceil and expecting it to grow into a fruitfilled tree. It will not happen.

When we help others with an open hand and heart, it’s like tossing our love to the wind and allowing it to go where it needs to be. We may never know where it will take root or what will grow from it, but it does not matter. For like the trees that spring up from the seeds, sharing our love will give shelter and nourishment beyond what we can imagine. It will help others develop a strong foundation for their lives, which in turn will give them the ability to keep the blessings flowing and spreading well beyond our expectations.

Interview with Spiritual Advisor and Healer Apache Daklugie Running-Hawk

Until You Walk The Path, You Won’t Know Where it Goes will be hosting the spiritual adviser Apache Daklugie Running-Hawk on November 4 at 1 pm eastern as he shares his wisdom.

As a Native American of the 4 Directions Spiritual Adviser, Apache also teaches many different cultures and explain to them about of 4-legged brothers and sisters such as the horse, mountain lion, wolf. He also speaks of our 2-winged wind brothers and sisters to hawk, eagle, condor, and raven. I also explain of our blue water creatures of all types that live within their own world as we do. But it seems as humans, we always have to invade the privacy of wildlife and bring destruction. He speaks of this as did my grandfathers and grandfathers before them. This was passed on to him by his father Edgar R-H Daklugie. He always looked at it this way: the sky is blue, the ocean is blue, but when you get close to either one there's a little cloud of dirtiness or a little green of algae. Up close it may no longer be as beautiful or blue as it once was. He speaks these words with a true heart, never rehearsed.
http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
As Leonard Peltier in the 70s, Apache’s thoughts are to reunite indigenous people... even the people that love the Native American way and are not Native. He believes that we should never discriminate, backbite, or worry. Instead we should be happy. . We must all stand together, no matter what color you are.

Samhain Ritual

This is an original Samhain ritual that we will be doing on my radio show, Until You Walk the Path, You Don't Know Where it Goes

At the beginning of this new year,
I chose to accept both the laughter and the tears.
With love and hope I call to those from above and below
to help me find ways to help make miracles into my life flow.

These three coins I do bless in the name of the maiden, mother crone.
Each represents a karmic debt I do own.
Left in places for others to find
they are my promise to create ways to be more generous and kind.

A blessing for three strangers before the full moon I will be,
Anonymously I well help without any benefit for me.
In word, deed or whatever needs to be done
so they may find love, healing and their challenges won.

Lastly I will forgive three who hurt my heart
by allowing the pain and sadness to part.
Without asking for anything from another
I will forgive myself and two others.

Paying forward with kindness and love
I light these three candles and ask for help from below and above.
Please show me the way to heal a little more each day
so love, healing and my dreams may come to me without delay.

Godesses, Gods, Grandmother and Grandfather Spirit
I ask that you bless me with all that I merit.
Look into my heart and soul
for the dreams I do hold.

Here my words as I pray,
Bring my dreams and love with out delay.

You are welcome to use it but if you share it please link it back to my website at www.theresachaze.com.

He is also asking for help in reversing the budget rider so the torture and slaughter that is currently going on can be stopped.

We offer family support services, including a program manager who helps patient families with questions and concerns. Our free resources include informational Internet conferences, educational brochures, a national newsletter, and a website, pbtfus.org.

We award scholarships to brain tumor survivors studying at a technical school, vocational school, junior college, or a four-year college or university. Since 2002, we’ve helped hundreds of students achieve their dream of higher education.

We celebrate life through the Ride for Kids®, which is also a family support program for brain tumor patients. The money you raise is vital to the survival of these kids, and your efforts really do make a difference in their lives!http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
