Civil Right Violations and Hate Crimes in Lyon County Nevada



Until You Walk The Path, You Won’t Know Where it Goes will be hosting Lisa Bonta on November 3 at 1 pm eastern how her family has fought to get their life back after a violent attack.

On May 24,2011 the Bonta family was attacked by three men with Neo Nazi Affiliations, one of which was the son of a retired Lyon County deputy. Instead of charging the attackers with a hate crime, law enforcement defend them and charged Bonta family with a series unsubstantiated crimes. Family members were incarcerated and denied medical attention. After pressure from the Native American community, the FBI and the Federal Criminal Justice system begun an investigation into both the attack and the civil rights violations by the Lyon County Law Enforcement.

Michigan: Declare Your Independence-Stand up and Speak out

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security...

The Declaration of Independence changed the destiny of the colonies and the world. By demanding their rights, the colonists took back their power and created not only a new country, but also a new form of government. By standing up and speaking out, they put their lives and families on the line, yet their courage became the backbone that has supported the country both in good times and bad.

Governor Snyder's policies run parallel to those of King George. His policies and actions have already cost the state millions of dollars of income and thousands of jobs by giving preferential treatment to corporations and individuals who support the Republican party. His anti-Robin Hood tactics of increasing taxes on the middle class, poor and the elder in order to give tax breaks to corporations have limited their ability to provide for their families. He has pushed through legislation that usurps the rights of the voters. Elected officials can only be dismissed or impeached at the will of those who elected them. Citizens who have exercised their legal right to of peaceful protest have been arrested.

Citing the study done by the Republican supported group, The Mackinac Center for Public Policy, Snyder declared the program was a drain on the state's economy. He caped the fund to the point of destroying its ability to attract projects to Michigan, thereby effectively sending the millions of dollars of new money and jobs other states.
However, an independent research study conducted by respected international accounting firm Ernst & Young proves that Snyder's claims are false. Commissioned by the Convention & Visitors Bureaus for metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor and Traverse City, this independent study proves that the film incentive program has already shown a positive return on the states investment. The final report showed that the industry had already created 3,860 full time equivalent jobs for Michigan residents in 2010, at an average salary of $53,700- per year, and generated an estimated impact on statewide sales of $503 million in 2010 with a net return $5.94 per dollar of net credit cost. Not only did it reduce the number of people receiving unemployment benefits, but it also brought in new taxes, fees and diversified Michigan's economy. Instead expanding Michigan's economic pool with new money and jobs, Snyder has chosen to give his corporate buddies an additional $1.5 billion dollars of tax incentives and breaks to Republican supporting corporations. These corporate welfare will be paid by additional taxes for the middle-class, working poor and seniors. In addition, school budgets and aid to local governments will be slashed. This taxation policy will not only economically sabotage the middle-class, the working poor and the elderly, but it will also force more people to leave the state simply because they cannot afford to live her. This policy of corporate welfare also financially weakens small businesses. With the increasing tax burden they will be asked to assume along with the diminishing customer base, it will be nearly impossible for small businesses to pay a living wage to its workers and still make a profit,.
Snyder has pushed through legislation, which allows him take over any area he declares to be in an economic emergency. This new piece of legislation, allows Snyder to appointed emergency financial manager, who the right to dismiss the publicly elected officials and cancel existing legal contracts, while seizing all decision-making powers. The people in Benton Harbor have just learned that this legislation is not a fantasy, but a nightmare they are just beginning to live. Snyder appointed Joseph Harris as the Benton Harbor's emergency financial manager. As of Friday, Benton Harbor officials can only call meetings to order, adjourn them and approve minutes of meetings. Harris is now the sole authority in the Benton Harbor area. He can do as he will, answering only to Snyder.


Elected officials serve at the will of the voters. They are public servants, not public masters. The people of the United States are the highest authority in the land. This applies from the President on down to the county officials. If a person is elected, they work for the people who gave them the job. Politicians only have as much power as the citizens grant them. It is by their will, not the corporations, that politicians have the power to make changes.

However, it seems that both politicians and the citizens have forgotten their roles. Politicians see themselves above the laws, answering only to their selfish best interests. Citizens, either though apathy or ignorance have been allowing their servants to rule their lives.

It is not too late to balance the scales and hold our servants responsible for their actions. As the employers of all public servants, constituents have the right to complain and make demands. They also have the right to ask questions and expect answers. In addition, only citizens have the right to terminate a public servant's employment. Whether it be through impeachment or voter sanction dismissal, citizens have the right to end the employment of any public servant, who does not meet their needs, expectations, or who violates the publics trust.

Like a candle in the dark, individuals can do little. But if enough people combined the lights, they can make the darkest night as bright as noon on a cloudless summer day. It is time to stand up and speak out for our rights as citizens of Michigan. We have the right to demand that the people we elected to represent us, not just their selfish interests and those of large corporations.

I am asking for the citizens of Michigan and those outside our borders to combine their energy and voices to organized a letter, email and fax campaign that I'm calling Snail Mail Fridays and Electronic Wednesdays. By taking a few moments out of these two days to jointly voice our displeasure to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, our legislator and senator, we will be able to make ourselves be heard over the corporate greed and manipulations. It would be four letters once a week plus any extras you have the time and will to send. Snail mail letters sent from within Michigan on Friday would reach offices on Monday. Faxes and emails would be sent throughout the day on Wednesdays.

For those outside Michigan who think this isn't your problem, so you don't feel the need to help—think again. Michigan isn't the only state who has a dictatorial governor nor will Snyder be the last if his policies are allowed to stand. You can either help us stop this in our backyard or fight it in your own front yard. The choice is yours.

Permaculture Education Bus Seized by Twin Cities Police at RNC By Starhawk

At approximately 6:25 pm on August 30, 2008 Minneapolis Police, Minnesota State Troopers, Ramsey County Sheriffs, Saint Paul Police, and University of Minnesota Police pulled over the Earth Activist Training Permaculture Demonstration Bus (Permibus) by exit 237 on Interstate 94. Initially the police told the people on the bus to exit. When the people on the bus asked if they were being detained they were told that they were but police wereunable to provide justification. When asked why they pulled the bus over they refused to answer. After repeated requests to explain why the bus had been stopped Officer Honican of the Minneapolis Police explained that this was just a routine traffic stop though he did not explain the reason for the traffic stop. The police then told Stan Wilson, the driver and registered owner of the Permibus, that they were going to impound the bus in case they wanted to execute a search warrant later. After more than an hour of being questioned by Stan and Delyla Wilson as to the legalities of their detainment and the impoundment of the Permibus, the police then informed Stan that the bus, which is legally registered as a passenger vehicle in the state of Montana, was being impounded for a commercial vehicle inspection. Shortly afterward Sergeant Paul Davis, a commercial vehicle inspector arrived on scene. Despite the polices insistence that the reason for impoundment was for a commercial vehicle inspection the Permibus crew were not allowed to remove anything from the bus including computers, toiletries, and 17-year-old Megan Wilson's shoes. The police finally allowed the animals to be removed from the Permibus before it was towed, leaving the Permibus family standing beside their chickens and dogs, homeless on the highway.

The Permibus was relocating from the Bedlam Theatre in Minneapolis, where they had spent the day teaching Urban Permaculture, to a friend's house in Saint Paul for a well deserved break. The Permibus has been in the Minneapolis area since August 2nd when the crew appeared at the Midtown Farmers Market for a morning of Permaculture education including Permaculture 101, chicken care, seed ball making for kids, and the Permi-puppet show. During the past month the Permibus has parked at several local businesses and, as a neighborly gesture of respect for local police, Mr. Wilson contacted the appropriate precincts just to let them know the Permibus was in the area and had permission from the business owners to be parked on their lot. Through this, as well as other casual discussions with Minneapolis and Saint Paul police officers, the Permibus crew found the local police to be interested and respectful. However on August 30th all that changed when, for no apparent valid reason the police pulled over and seized the Permibus. After the incident Stan Wilson said, "If the combined law enforcement of Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Ramsey County, and the State of Minnesota can pull over and impound a vehicle and home used to teach organic gardening and sustainability, one has to wonder what it is our government really fears. After all, we seek to teach people that the real meaning of homeland security is local food, fuel and energy production. For that we have had our lives stolen by government men with guns."

As of now, after repeated requests to be present at any vehicle inspection, with an list of what they are inspecting for, as well as requests to be served any warrants for searches of the vehicles prior to a search and to be present during the search the Permi-family has been unable to ascertain the current status of the Permibus. On site Mr. Wilson was told that Officer Palmerranky was the inspector in charge of the case and would determine if the Permi-family's rights protecting them from unreasonable search and seizure would be respected. Neither Officer Palmerranky nor his supervisor has yet to return Mr. Wilson's calls. The loss of her home and possessions is particularly difficult on seventeen-year-old Megan Wilson. Megan, a shining example of what this country asks of today's youth, has dedicated herself to making positive changes in the world. She was the youth keynote speaker at the Local to Global conference in Phoenix AZ, has taught conflict resolution at youth shelters and is the outreach coordinator for the Skills for a New Millennium Tour, the family traveling educational project. Megan believes that, "While I understand that the world we live in is not as it should be I strive to live and teach in a way that shows the world how life could be. What I don't understand is why I can't get dressed for an evening out with friends in my own home without armed men stealing my life out from under me." The Permi-family, along with their dogs and Permaculture super-hero chickens are currently being housed by folks in the Twin Cities.

The Skills for a New Millennium Tour is a family education project that travels around the United States teaching homesteading, citizenship, and life skills at farmers markets, community gardens, churches, intentional communities, schools, and in people's living rooms. The Skills Tour is a donation supported project dedicated to providing tools for sustainable living, including Permaculture, to anyone who is interested, regardless of income. "We believe that any solution that is not accessible to the poor and urban areas is not a real solution for the future," states Delyla Wilson. Permaculture is a design system with ethics and principles that can be applied to food production, home design, and community building in order to increase sustainability in food production, energy production, and social systems. The Permibus is a rolling demonstration of small scale sustainable living with three people, three dogs, three chickens, and a box of worms as permanent residence. The chickens and worms are part of a closed-loop food productions composting system that supports the Permibus's traveling garden. Religious Discrimination: Christians Cry Fowl


I was flipping through the channels when I came across what I thought was a documentary on religious discrimination; however, it didn't take long for me to discover that I was mistaken. Instead of a documentary, it was a half hour infomercial for the website Silencing Christians (http://www.silencingchristians.com/), which is a website that proclaims that Christians are having the civil rights violated. However, all their claims of harassment and discrimination spring from situations or events where they were prevented from inflicting their religion on others or when public funds were used to promote their particular faith.

The premise of the site is that Christians are being discriminated against by the government. It gave several examples of how their civil rights, including freedom of religions, free speech and the right to assemble, were violated. Their seven videos list such things as:

* Activists pushing tolerance to such an extreme that the Bible is being labeled hate speech.

How many people have been accosted on city streets or have their day interrupted by a knock at the door by someone trying to save their souls? Christians, like everyone who chooses to be believe or not believe, have the right to follow their own life path as they see fit. What they don’t have the right to do is inflict it on others. I have been told that it is the Christian doctrine to bring the teachings of Christ to others. That’s peachy keen jellybean. Go preach to the choir. No one else wants to hear it. You don’t have the right to tell others what their truth is or to force them to follow your spiritual path.

Hate speech is defined by Wikipedia as:

Hate speech is a term for speech intended to degrade, intimidate, or incite violence or prejudicial action against a person or group of people based on their race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, moral or political views, socioeconomic class, occupation or appearance (such as height, weight, and hair color), mental capacity and any other distinction-liability. The term covers written as well as oral communication and some forms of behaviors in a public setting. It is also sometimes called antilocution and is the first point on Allport's scale, which measures prejudice in a society.

In the United States, the government is broadly forbidden by the First Amendment of the Constitution from restricting speech. Jurists generally understand this to mean that the government cannot regulate the content of speech, but that it can address the harmful effects of speech through laws such as those against defamation or incitement to riot.


When you degrade other faiths or lack of having a faith as being evil or spread lies about those following that path, you are guilty of hate speech. Every time you shout, “Thou shall not suffer a witch to live”, you are guilty of making a death threat, which is a felony and punishable by law.

* In Silencing the Christians” you’ll learn how this “sacred cow” of the liberal left only applies when it is being used to keep “Christ” out of school.

Schools are a place to learn the basic survival skills for life: reading, math, history, science, computer, etc. It is not a place of worship. The moral decay as you call it hasn’t been brought on by the removal from prayer from school. It’s not that simple. There are many reasons for the current chaos. The most important being that society is being force to deal with the violence and abuse that has been hidden within families. No longer are abusers able to safely violate their family members; instead, they seek targets outside the home. Lack of proper education--reading, math, science, etc--not religious teachings--leads to poverty, which in turn leads to violence, drug abuse and the many other social ills that Christians blame on the removal of prayer in school. The simple fact is that by creating an equal and balanced school system from coast to coast that provides the same resources and teaching quality, matter the social or economic structure of the area that the poverty and crime rates will decrease. In addition, the more education a girl receives the longer she will wait to have children as well as the number of children she will give birth to. However, this system is based on accurate, available information that is not based on the Bible, but on scientific and provable facts.

* Learn how legislation targets thought and freedom of speech that could make it illegal to believe in “Truth” or even quote the Bible.

The government has not made it illegal to believe in the Bible. It does however defend those who simply don’t want hear it. The only thing Christians have lost is the right to harass, bully, attack, defame, and forcefully convert others to their faith. Individuals have the right to believe or not believe, as they will as long it doesn’t harm or annoy another. This doesn’t included being offended by another following a different spiritual path. No matter what your doctrine states, you are not entitled to force it on other in word or deed.

* VA hospital neutralized its chapel by removing Christian symbols.
Military personal come in all sizes, shapes, ethic backgrounds and faiths, including those who have chosen to be religion-free. The VA and the branches of the military are extensions of the Federal Government, which is prohibited from establishing or enforcing religion. By making the chapel non-denominational, it is only complying with the Constitution. It doesn’t bar the doors to Christians, but establishes a safe haven for all who wish to seek spiritual solace. In 2007, Lady Liberty League along with other legal reform groups, sued and forced the VA to accept Pentacle as a religious symbol. No longer are Pagan and Wiccan soldiers deprived of their religious symbol on their memorial markers. It has changed nothing for Christians. Yet there are still those who cry foul as they are forced to share burial space with those of another religion.


* Lesbian couples sued a church for the right to hold a civil union ceremony.
This was part of the video I watched. New Jersey approved civil unions between same sexed couples; however, the dispute was over a publicly owned and operated area that was available to be rented by the public for events, including weddings. The women were denied access for their civil union ceremony and celebration afterwards. Even through the seaside pavilion received public funds, the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association refused to access to the couple, claiming the women’s Constitutional rights weren’t being breached. The Association was sued and lost in federal court. They were given the choice of accepting civil unions along with weddings or to no longer hold any religious ceremonies at the location. Their bigotry became the deciding factor and weddings were banned.


* A mother was told reading from the Bible to her son's class is against the law.
A woman attempted to read the Bible to her son’s Kindergarten class and was told that it was against the law to promote religion in a pubic school. She claims that the school told her she could read a book about witches instead; however, the book was not named, which means the school could have suggested Harry Potter. If she wants to read the Bible to children, she should go to her church and teach a Bible class. Public schools are not the place to promote religion. Schools are a place of learning, not worship. By reading the passage, she inflicted her beliefs on the children, who were of diverse beliefs and were too young to stand up for themselves. In fact, she was forcefully indoctrinating the other children of the class, which violated their civil rights. If the situation had been reversed, with a Pagan, Jew, or Muslim preaching their doctrine, people like her would be the first to protest. Yet, she saw nothing wrong with forcing her beliefs on others.

* A Canadian pastor faced a hate crimes tribunal for writing a letter to his local newspaper.
As a result of Dr. Darren E. Lund’s complaint to the Human Rights Panel of Alberta, they charged Stephan Boissoin, director of the Concern Christian Coalition with a hate speech/discrimination based on sexual preference after he published a letter to the editor titled, “Homosexual Agenda Wicked.” Lund claimed that Boissoin’s willful published ideas, which fostered and provoked violence and intimidation based on sexual preference. Shortly after the initial publication of the letter to the editor, a 17 year old was attacked by a man who he thought he was gay. In Boissoin’s own words:

The following is not intended for those who are suffering from an unwanted sexual identity crisis. For you, I have understanding, care, compassion and tolerance. I sympathize with you and offer you my love and fellowship. I prayerfully beseech you to seek help, and I assure you that your present enslavement to homosexuality can be remedied. Many outspoken, former homosexuals are free today.

Instead, this is aimed precisely at every individual that in any way supports the homosexual machine that has been mercilessly gaining ground in our society since the 1960s. I cannot pity you any longer and remain inactive. You have caused far too much damage.

My banner has now been raised and war has been declared so as to defend the precious sanctity of our innocent children and youth, that you so eagerly toil, day and night, to consume. With me stand the greatest weapons that you have encountered to date - God and the "Moral Majority." Know this, we will defeat you, then heal the damage that you have caused. Modern society has become dispassionate to the cause of righteousness. Many people are so apathetic and desensitized today that they cannot even accurately define the term "morality."

The masses have dug in and continue to excuse their failure to stand against horrendous atrocities such as the aggressive propagation of homo- and bisexuality. Inexcusable justifications such as, "I'm just not sure where the truth lies," or "If they don't affect me then I don't care what they do," abound from the lips of the quantifiable majority.

Face the facts, it is affecting you. Like it or not, every professing heterosexual is have their future aggressively chopped at the roots.

Edmund Burke's observation that, "All that is required for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing," has been confirmed time and time again. From kindergarten class on, our children, your grandchildren are being strategically targeted, psychologically abused and brainwashed by homosexual and pro-homosexual educators.

Our children are being victimized by repugnant and premeditated strategies, aimed at desensitizing and eventually recruiting our young into their camps. Think about it, children as young as five and six years of age are being subjected to psychologically and physiologically damaging pro-homosexual literature and guidance in the public school system; all under the fraudulent guise of equal rights.

Your children are being warped into believing that same-sex families are acceptable; that men kissing men is appropriate.

Your teenagers are being instructed on how to perform so-called safe same gender oral and anal sex and at the same time being told that it is normal, natural and even productive. Will your child be the next victim that tests homosexuality positive?

Come on people, wake up! It's time to stand together and take whatever steps are necessary to reverse the wickedness that our lethargy has authorized to spawn. Where homosexuality flourishes, all manner of wickedness abounds.

Regardless of what you hear, the militant homosexual agenda isn't rooted in protecting homosexuals from "gay bashing." The agenda is clearly about homosexual activists that include, teachers, politicians, lawyers, Supreme Court judges, and God forbid, even so-called ministers, who are all determined to gain complete equality in our nation and even worse, our world.

Don't allow yourself to be deceived any longer. These activists are not morally upright citizens, concerned about the best interests of our society. They are perverse, self-centered and morally deprived individuals who are spreading their psychological disease into every area of our lives. Homosexual rights activists and those that defend them, are just as immoral as the pedophiles, drug dealers and pimps that plague our communities.

The homosexual agenda is not gaining ground because it is morally backed. It is gaining ground simply because you, Mr. and Mrs. Heterosexual, do nothing to stop it. It is only a matter of time before some of these morally bankrupt individuals such as those involved with NAMBLA, the North American Man/Boy Lovers Association, will achieve their goal to have sexual relations with children and assert that it is a matter of free choice and claim that we are intolerant bigots not to accept it.

If you are reading this and think that this is alarmist, then I simply ask you this: how bad do things have to become before you will get involved? It's time to start taking back what the enemy has taken from you. The safety and future of our children is at stake.

In his letter, he inaccurately links homosexuality with child abuse and molestation, which is a proven falsehood. He makes blanket statements with out basis on the morality of individuals based on their sexual orientation, while fostering fear and violence against homosexuals. His message is that they are lurking around every corner, waiting to abuse your children, so parents you need to get them before they kidnap and rape your child. It was a blatant doctrine of hate, bigotry and violence.

Although, Boissoin has every right to believe and say what he believes, he also must be held responsible for the harm that comes from it. His words were no different that if he has screamed fire in a crowd theatre and someone was trampled as the people rushed to escape. His words led to harm; he needed to be held responsible.

I am totally against censorship: however, I am even more opposed to people sticking their noses into other people's business uninvited. How a people chooses to live or what they believe is no one else's concern. Yet the Christians who are so quick to cry fowl and raise the Constitutionality are the same ones who violate others' civil rights. Each of us have the rights to our own beliefs and lifestyle, but each of our rights end at the tip of our nose. The space between us is neutral safety zone that should not be invaded. Christians if you want other to respect your civil rights, it is time for you to respect others’ rights.

Thanks. We are unable to go home at the moment because it isn't safe
for us there. They are always watching what we are doing and we are
afraid of more Police retribution so are staying at my Mother in-
law's house, but this isn't home.....so I am trying to get on the
computer whenever possible so bear with me....My life is turned
inside out right now.
Witch Trials Continue In South Carolina!
My name is Rhonda Gruber AKA Wicked Lil Witch and I am a Proud Witch.
I am currently being persecuted as a Witch by a Lt. Kevin Duke of the
Horry County Police Dept. My life and the lives of my family and
friends are being threatened and destroyed by this man with the
backing of countless other officials. I was arrested Monday Sept
10th '07 by Lt Duke for Breach of Peace, Child Endangerment/ Neglect
and 1st degree Harrassement.
This all began around the end of May '07 from many false police
reports from a neighboring family, The Luisettis, who also seemed to
think I deserved to be arrested for my religious beliefs. They stated
such in their police reports. When this began to become a pattern of
filing false reports, we began seeking Police protection FROM them.
We were told numerous times that we had no reason to receive their
protection, just to ignore them. Yet they continued to file their
reports on us. We were told the only we could do is file a Civil
Suit. This wouldn't fix the problem for quite awhile if ever.The
Police Dept on numerous occasions, even refused to file any reports
for us. We had at one point searched out help from Magistrates in the
area. One told us that filing these reports was most definitely
something the Police could do something about and that they should
but he was fairly certain that they wouldn't. He went on a 10 min
rant about it to us. He even took the time to gives us copies of the
laws on filing false reports, which we took to this Lt Duke, who
after realizing we weren't going to leave his office too easily, Then
wrote us report stating that the report from the Luisettis was
investigated and the allegations were unfounded and seemed to be
stemming from harrassement from the neighbors.
Now Monday, my 16 yr old son was targeted for their harrassment . In
the morning the Luisetti's daughter had a young man assualt him at
the bus stop. We filed a report that morning. That afternoon another
allegation from their daughter that he beat her up Friday on school
property which led to his suspension since the school wouldn't
investigate it other than her statement and her 2 friend's
statements. She would have been getting on the bus at the time while
he was on the other side of the building getting a ride from one of
his friends. Then as we were sitting in my garage workshop working on
getting the suspension investigated by the school board, waiting to
see if the death threat my son received was going to take place. The
threat came from the Luisetti's daughter getting a young man
to "kill" my son due to the beating she received from him. He was
supposed to be coming to our house after school. We were then
visited by an irrational Lt. Duke as he whipped into our driveway
screaming that Spencer was reported to be brandishing and pointing an
assault rifle at the Luisettis. Which isn't even close to what he was
doing. Duke then stated that is is tired of all this and someone is
going to jail. He didn't care to hear anything we had to to say about
our side. Anytime I was trying to say something I was told to shut up
or be arrested. He was VERY aggressive and yelling. He seemed to
trying to provoke an altercation. I freely admit I was upset and a
little loud but I was trying to defend my son. I was never violent or
out of control. I was just pissed and trying to make some sense out
of the situation. When I was told to shut up I did which seemed to
further anger Duke. I was only arrested after they put the cuffs on
my son. I then told my Husband to find a f...ing attorney and quick.
This was when they arrested me.
I was never read my Miranda Rights to this day but the questions they
asked me were used in my arrest. Doesn't seem legal to me...
My charges of Child Endangerment were due to the fact that we have
several legal weapons around a minor. I must inform you my son is an
ROTC member with Marine Boot Camp training in weapons, can
disassemble/ reassemble an M16 on the field. He was also on the Rifle
Team last year and is Athletics Team Commander. He also knew our
weapons, from target shooting and cleaning. He even pointed out to
the Police Weapons Expert how to release the clip and open the bolt
chamber as they couldn't. He is very safe and well versed in weapons.
I must point point that is legally old enough to have a hunting
license. He is also looking to join the National Guard on his 17th B-
Day, Oct 3rd this yr. Upon his 18th B-Day he was planning a Military
career. We are proud of him and is a really good person. We are very
upset with all the things being alleged about him.
To summarize:
We are being persecuted because of my spiritual choices, not being
Christian. Lt. Duke has a web page stating his religious beliefs and
infertility and adoption problems which leads us to the belief that
he can no longer separate his personal feelings from his ability to
do his job in an objective manner. He seems to have appointed himself
as a personal victim's advocate for allegedly neglected and abused
children. The fact that I am a practicing witch is being noted in
complaints and warrants against me and my family. It has even been
voiced in court along with allegations stating I have cast spells on
2 cops and the luisetti family by the solicitor during proceedings.
My familiar pyewacket seems to have been mishandled during the search
of our home. She was running and flinching from us the day after. I
am very hurt by this. Though this can't be proven, I know my animal
and this is not her normal behavior.
We have always tried to help others and be good people, so this is
very hard for us to deal with. I am lucky to have a very strong
supportive circle of friends and family or we would still be in jail.
My in-laws had to take the majority of their retirement fund for some
20 thousand dollars to hire a powerful law firm to help us. Though I
will never be ashamed of being a witch, I am so very sorry for all
the trouble and loss of money it has cost them to stand up for us.
The reason for this letter is that we need all the help we can find
to fight this. Whether it is positive protective energy, advice, or
donations to help pay for this. I will not rest until I have made a
difference for all that believe in freedom of religion. I don't want
this to just disappear, I want to make a stand for all free thinkers
against persecution. We all know the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
For all that believe in freedom of choice, please stand behind me or
even beside me in court while I fight. I am not a quitter and I have
a loud voice. I always stand up for what I believe in, all I ask is
to not have to stand alone in this. It's time to fight for what we
all believe in, not just lie down and take it. I have enclosed the
papers that are in my possession to prove my claims. I will include
more as they come into my possession. I am not easily scared although
they are trying to intimidate us. Threatening phone calls have been
made to family and friends even now. In supporting us, you are also
supporting yourselves.
We are looking to get this story out to as many places as possible.
The more people who are aware the harder it will be for them to get
aware with it!

Craig or Karsnia? Police Abuse or Sexual Solicitation?

Is Senator Larry Craig gay? Don't know. Don't care. However, the more I hear and read about his arrest, the more I question the ethics of the Sgt Dave Karsnia, the arresting officer and the legalities of the arrest. There is nothing on the tape that could be considered a legitimate reason to arrest Craig. But there is evidence that the officer did mislead and bully the Senator.

According to an article by Steve Karnowski an Associated Press Writer, “Roll Call, citing the report, said Sgt. Dave Karsnia made the arrest after an encounter in which he was seated in a stall next to a stall occupied by Craig. Karsnia described Craig tapping his foot, which Karsnia said he "recognized as a signal used by persons wishing to engage in lewd conduct."

Karsnia claims that Craig deliberately caused their feet to bump. Craig claims it was accidental. In the past few years, bathroom stalls have shrunk in size to maximize the number of facilities, without increasing the size of the bathrooms. Even a moderately size person has difficulties with bumping their elbows on the walls these days. A larger person finds these accommodations even more confining. Since when are two feet touching a sexual act? Without any verbal confirmation of the Craig’s intent, how could the officer determine his motivation? Karsnia further states that the Senator reached under the divider to get his attention. Craig claims that he was picking up a piece of paper; on the tape, the officer called him liar. Again, Karsnia has no way of knowing what Craig’s motivation were, unless his claiming to be mind reader.

Craig’s critics claim there was more damning evidence in the police report. However, the report was written by the officer and contains only his perspective; it isn’t real evidence, merely his half of the he said-he said situation. There is no concrete evidence Craig actually solicited a sexual act. On the tape, Karsnia did become rude and borderline abusive when Craig refuse to admit the allegations were true. In an article, Joshua Freed an Associated Press Writer reported, “Just 29, his record has been that of a rising young officer. He joined the Minneapolis Airport Police in 2000 as a community services officer, just out of college. Three years later, he was named the department's Officer of the Year, and in 2005 he was promoted to sergeant. Last year, he finished his master's degree. The last time Karsnia was in the media spotlight, it was because of his efforts to get speeding electric carts carrying passengers and luggage at the airport to slow down. The issue came to light last year when a young boy was run over and dragged by a cart and suffered a second-degree carpet burn.” It makes one wonder what Karsnia motivations were. Was he actually trying to protect and serve the public or was he just ambitiously seeking more national attention? How many others did he bully or manipulate into pleading guilty in order to inflate his arrest statistics? Instead of solely focusing on Craig, maybe more attention should be focused on Karsnia’s actions.

Is Craig gay? Don’t know. Don’t care? Is there evidence that he solicited sex in the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport men’s room--not according to the tape. However, the tape does prove that once again a law enforcement officer jumped the gun and made arrest without cause or the evidence to back it up.

CNN -- The following is an unedited transcript of an interview between police Sgt. Dave Karsnia and police Detective Noel Nelson with Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, regarding a June 11 incident at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Audiotapes and a transcript of the interview were released today.

LC: Cause I don't want to be in court either.

DK: Ok. I don't either.

(inaudible) DK: Urn, here's the way it works, urn, you'll you'll be released today, okay.

LC: Okay.

DK: All right. I, I know I can bring you to jail, but that's not my goal here, okay? (inaudible)

LC: Don't do that. You You

DK: I'm not going to bring you to jail

LC: You solicited me.

DK: Okay. We're going to get, We're going to get into that. (inaudible)

LC: Okay.

DK: But there's the, there there's two ways, yes. You can, you can, ah, you can go to court.

You can plead guilty.

LC: Yep.

DK: There'll be a fine. You won't have to explain anything. (inaudible) I know.

LC: Right.

DK: And you'll pay a fine, you be (inaudible), done. Or if you want to plead not guilty, ah, and I, I can't make these decisions for you.

LC: No, no. Just tell me where I am (inaudible) I need to make this flight.

DK: Okay. Okay. And then I go to people that are not guilty, then I would have to come to court and end up testifying. So those are the two things, okay. Did I explain that part?

LC: Yes

DK: Okay Urn, ah, I'm just going to read you your rights real quick, okay? You got it on?

Noel Nelson: Yep.

DK: Okay.

DK: Ah, the date is 6/11/07 at 1228 hours. Urn, Mr. Craig?

LC: Yes.

DK: Sorry about that. (ringing phone)

DK: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer now or have a present, a lawyer present now or anytime during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you without cost. Do you understand each of these rights the way I have explained them to you?

LC: I do.

DK: Do you wish to talk to us at this time?

LC: I do

DK: Okay Urn, I just wanna start off with a your side of the story, okay. So, a

LC: So I go into the bathroom here as I normally do, I'm a commuter too here.

DK: Okay.

LC: I sit down, urn, to go to the bathroom and ah, you said our feet bumped. I believe they did, ah, because I reached down and scooted over and urn, the next thing I knew, under the bathroom divider comes a card that says Police. Now, urn, (sigh) that's about as far as I can take it, I don't know of anything else. Ah, your foot came toward mine, mine came towards yours, was that natural? I don't know. Did we bump? Yes. I think we did. You said so. I don't disagree with that.

DK: Okay. I don't want to get into a pissing match here.

LC: We're not going to.

DK: Good. Urn,

LC: I don't, ah, I am not gay, I don't do these kinds of things and...

DK: It doesn't matter, I don't care about sexual preference or anything like that. Here's your stuff back sir. Urn, I don't care about sexual preference.

LC: I know you don't. You're out to enforce the law.

DK: Right.

LC: But you shouldn't be out to entrap people either.

DK: This isn't entrapment.

LC: All right.

DK: Urn, you you're skipping some parts here, but what what about your hand?

LC What about it? I reached down, my foot like this. There was a piece of paper on the floor, I picked it up

DK: Okay.

LC: What about my hand?

DK: Well, you're not being truthful with me, I'm kinda disappointed in you Senator. I'm real disappointed in you right now. Okay. I'm not, just so you know, just like everybody, 1,1,1, treat with dignity, I try to pull them away from the situation

DK: and not embarrass them.

LC: I appreciate that.

DK: And I

LC: You did that after the stall.

DK: I will say every person I've had so far has told me the truth. We've been respectful to each other and then they've gone on their way. And I've never had to bring anybody to jail because everybody's been truthful to me.

LC: I don't want you to take me to jail and I think.

DK: I'm not gonna take you to jail as long as your cooperative but I'm not gonna lie. We...

LC: Did my hand come below the divider? Yes. It did.

DK: Okay, sir. We deal with people that lie to us everyday.

LC: I'm sure you do.

DK: I'm sure you do to sir.

LC: And gentleman so do I.

DK: I'm sure you do. We deal with a lot of people that are very bad people. You're not a bad person.

LC: No, I don't think I am.

DK: Okay, so what I'm telling you, I don't want to be lied to.

LC: Okay.

DK: Okay. So we'll start over, you're gonna get out of here. You're gonna have to pay a fine and that will be it. Okay. I don't call media, I don't do any of that type of crap.

LC: Fine.

DK: Okay.

LC: Fine.

DK: All right, so let's start from the beginning. You went in the bathroom.

LC: I went in the bathroom.

DK: And what did you do when you...

LC: 1 stood beside the wall, waiting for a stall to open. I got in the stall, sat down, and I started to go to the bathroom. Ah, did our feet come together, apparently they did bump. Well, I won't dispute that.

DK: Okay. When I got out of the stall, I noticed other other stalls were open. LC: They were at the time. At the time I entered, 1,1, at the time I entered, I stood and waited.

DK: Okay.

LC: They were all busy, you know?

DK: Were you (inaudible) out here while you were waiting? I could see your eyes. I saw you playing with your fingers and then look up. Play with your fingers and then look up.

LC: Did I glance at your stall? I was glancing at a stall right beside yours waiting for a fella to empty it. I saw him stand up and therefore I thought it was going to empty.

DK: How long do you think you stood outside the stalls?

LC: Oh a minute or two at the most.

DK: Okay. And when you went in the stalls, then what?

LC: Sat down.

DK: Okay. Did you do anything with your feet?

LC: Positioned them, I don't know. I don't know at the time. I'm a fairly wide guy.

DK: I understand.

LC: I had to spread my legs.

DK: Okay.

LC: When I lower my pants so they won't slide.

DK: Okay.

LC: Did I slide them too close to yours? Did I, I looked down once, your foot was close to mine.

DK Yes.

LC Did we bump? Ah, you said so, I don't recall that, but apparently we were close.

DK Yeah, well your foot did touch mine, on my side of the stall.

LC: All right.

DK: Okay. And then with the hand. Urn, how many times did you put your hand under the stall?

LC: I don't recall. I remember reaching down once. There was a piece of toilet paper back behind me and picking it up.

DK: Okay. Was your was your palm down or up when you were doing that?

LC: I don't recall.

DK: Okay. I recall your palm being up. Okay.

LC: All right.

DK: When you pick up a piece of paper off the ground, your palm would be down, when you pick something up.

LC: Yeah, probably would be. I recall picking the paper up.

DK: And I know it's hard to describe here on tape but actually what I saw was your fingers come underneath the stalls, you're actually ta touching the bottom of the stall divider.

LC: I don't recall that.

DK: You don't recall

LC: I don't believe I did that. I don't.

DK: I saw, I saw

LC: I don't do those things.

DK: I saw your left hand and I could see the gold wedding ring when it when it went across. I could see that. On your left hand, I could see that.

LC: Wait a moment, my left hand was over here.

DK: I saw there's a...

LC: My right hand was next to you.

DK: I could tell it with my ah, I could tell it was your left hand because your thumb was positioned in a faceward motion. Your thumb was on this side, not on this side.

LC: Well, we can dispute that. I'm not going to fight you in court and I, I reached down with my right hand to pick up the paper.

DK: But I'm telling you that I could see that so I know that's your left hand. Also I could see a gold ring on this finger, so that's obvious it was the left hand.

LC: Yeah, okay. My left hand was in the direct opposite of the stall from you.

DK: Okay. You, you travel through here frequently correct?

LC: I do

DK: Um,

LC: Almost weekly.

DK: Have you been successful in these bathrooms here before?

LC: I go to that bathroom regularly

DK: I mean for any type of other activities.

LC: No. Absolutely not. I don't seek activity in bathrooms.

DK: It's embarrassing.

LC: Well it's embarrassing for both.. I'm not gonna fight you.

DK: I know you're not going to fight me. But that's not the point. I would respect you and I still respect you. I don't disrespect you but I'm disrespected right now and I'm not tying to act like I have all kinds of power or anything, but you're sitting here lying to a police officer.

DK: It's not a (inaudible) I'm getting from somebody else. I'm (inaudible)

LC: (inaudible) (Talking over each other)

DK: I am trained in this and I know what I am doing. And I say you put your hand under there and you're going to sit there and...

LC: I admit I put my hand down.

DK: You put your hand and rubbed it on the bottom of the stall with your left hand.

LC: No. Wait a moment.

DK: And I, I'm not dumb, you can say I don't recall...

LC: If I had turned sideways, that was the only way I could get my left hand over there.

DK: it's not that hard for me to reach. (inaudible) it's not that hard. I see it happen everyday out here now.

LC: (inaudible) you do. All right.

DK: I just, I just, I guess, I guess I'm gonna say I'm just disappointed in you sir. I'm just really am. I expect this from the guy that we get out of the hood. I mean, people vote for you.

LC: Yes, they do. (inaudible)

DK: unbelievable, unbelievable.

LC: I'm a respectable person and I don't do these kinds of...

DK: And (inaudible) respect right now though

LC: But I didn't use my left hand.

LC: Of course not, try to get it off, look at it.

DK: Okay. Then it was your left hand, I saw it with my own eyes.
