Love Spell

I wrote this for a friend of mine, who has cleared the old stuff from the past. She kept looking for an old loves. By working through the old lessons with them, she was finally able to release them and move on. She is now able to not only want new beginnings, but she will also be able to see and accept them.

This ritual is to open your heart and eyes to love.

You will need a white or pink candle of any size. The rules of this are very flexible. Light the candle and say:

With this candle I light the way
for true love to find me without delay.
Let this flame be a be a beacon both day and night
giving Cupid's arrow extra might.
Be he far or be he near,
Bring my love quickly here.

If your heart says to let it burn out, then do it. However, if it says to put it out after the spell and relight it another time, do that. The key is to follow your heart's desire.

The second part is not magical, but is equally as important. You need to start participating in life for the simple pleasure of being alive. Do what you love with people you enjoy. Doing so will reignite you inner glow, which will act as a beacon for love to find you.

They key is not to search, but make yourself available for love to find you. Do what makes you smile from the inside out; the rest will follow.

A Simple Love Spell

A Simple Love Spell-

Most traditional love spells are black magic because they interfere with another's free will. However, if you are very careful you can call love into your life without doing harm to another. Remember not to get specific in either name or description. List the character traits you desire--do not list the physical ones as if you were giving a description to a police sketch artist. Ask for intelligence, a sense of humor, educational level, for mutual respect, that she or he be attractive to you and you to him or her, ask for an age range--do not ask that he have long, sandy blonde hair that is held back in a ponytail, stunning blue eyes, dimples, a good butt, and is wearing a blue shirt who just happens to looks like Mike in the next cubicle. That would be black magic and bad karma.

Three candles love spell--

What you will need:

A pink candle
A white candle
A red candle
A list of attributes you would like in a mate
White, pink and red rose petals

Sprinkle the rose petals together on the list, saying:

“Loved from within I do reach out
with complete hope and lack of doubt.”

Fold the four corners of the list toward the center, keeping the rose petals inside saying:

“From the east, south, west and north
I look for love in every port.”

Light the white candle and allow the wax drip on the list, sealing the edges close to keep the rose petals inside and say:

“With pure motives I seek out
the one who will share love with lack of doubt.”

Light the pink candle and allow the wax to drip on the list, sealing it and say:

“Let our friendship be filled with trust and wonder
which will make us stronger when others attempt to rip us asunder.”

Light the red candle and drip the red on the other two seals and say:

“May our passion for life and each other
keeps us together one to another.
We do seek to become one
while keeping our individuality from being undone.
Strong in ourselves separate and bold
but together we chose each other hold.
Not out of need or shame
we come to each other freely without blame.
Seeking to help each other grow towards the Divine light
we still have each other for comfort on the darkness night.”

OPERATION HOME BASE
Written with love and respect
for those who serve

Seeing the need, a small group creates grass roots organization called Operation Home Base to help those in the military and their dependents to meet the basic needs of life. Existing on donations of time, money and resources, they frequently have to dip into their own savings to keep the lights on. Coming from diverse backgrounds, personalities, and motivations, they put their differences aside and combine their talents to create a bridge between civilians and the military.

After months of trying to close them down, a representative from government offers OHB unlimited resources. The only catch is that along with the money and influence, they must accept the Government's Advocate as the new head of their organization. Is it a honest humanitarian offer or are they once again trying to hide something? And if so, what? Operation Home Base will provide a perspective and understanding, if not the whole truth behind the sudden generosity.

Operation Home Base is a military drama about fictional non profit organization, which is staffed with unique characters, each of which has their own reasons for wanting to help. OHB is a combination between NCIS and Army Wives. There is a wide range of potential stories that can be spun from this set-up, from domestic drama, hospital/therapist drama, legal drama, crime drama, adventure, even the occasional comedic episode.

In the style of MASH and NCIS, Operation Home Base has a strong ensemble cast that will appeal to a broad demographic base that includes gender, ages, and ethnicity.  While MASH focused on the effects of war and NCIS concentrates on  criminal situations involving military personnel, OHB will incorporate both while revealing the challenges military families face daily along with the conflicts that originate from involvement with civilians.  OHB could be best described as a family of man drama, which will show the best and worst of the human condition.  The viewers will be able to easily relate to the characters as family members, friends or the person they see in the mirror. Unlike most new shows, which either appeal to adults or children, OHB will be a drama that will appeal to the whole family.

Set in modern day with occasional flashback to previous wars, OHB will have both rural and urban setting most of which can be created in Michigan with its 42% incentive program. My dream team, includes many older actors, who are not only skilled professionals, but who also have established fan bases that will establish the initial audience. However, the broad base appeal the relevant nature and relevant of the topics will attract an audience that goes beyond gender, age and ethic backgrounds. The generations of veterans and their families are the grandparents, parents, siblings, friends or co-workers to nearly every American and those beyond our borders. Operation Home Base will fill the void for quality entertainment that has been created by the cheap reality shops and those that only offer sexual titillation.

Are You Seeing What Love is Showing You?

A & E airs a show called "Sell This House". The premise is that a decorating team comes into homes that have been on the market for several months and restages them to make them more appealing to home buyers. Although some of their decorating ideas are unique, what caught my attention about the show were the comments made about the owners.

Under the guise of searching for a new house, buyers walked through the homes; however, instead of looking at the structure of the house and envisioning themselves living there, they critiqued the owners and their possessions. Sarcastic remarks were made about not only the style of the furniture, but the placement in the rooms. They didn’t like the color scheme, the knickknacks or the personal possessions of the current owners. Instead of looking at the beautiful bay window, the focused on the curtains. They didn’t consider the size of the rooms, number of bedrooms or any of the other features of the home that are actually relevant to their needs.

The middle part of the show focused on the redecorating. It could be as simple as moving or removing furniture. However, frequently there was extensive painting of walls, cabinets, and furniture. Personal items are removed or placed out of sight. The whole idea is to make the house look as impersonal as possible. In most cases, the changes did little to make the room seem larger, but they did make the house seem uncomfortable.

The best part of buying a new home is making it yours with your stuff. One of the first things I did when I bought my home was to paint the rooms to match my tastes and my furniture. The changes made it a reflection of me. It is my home. My refuge from the world. I made if comfortable for me.

The last segment of the show was the same buyers going through and marveling at how the changes made the home so much better. Some of the changes did. But why should they have cared. All the furniture, curtains and artwork were all going with the owners. None of the things they found so amazing were going to stay with the home. How often do we get caught up in critiquing others that we fail see that what we are seeking is right in front of us? We look for love, yet we only see the shallow aspects of size, shape and color; we over look the beautiful soul inside with whom we could share a wonderful relationship based on mutual love and respect. It’s only when we release our expectations and open our hearts to see the real foundation of a person that we are able to see if there is a true love match.

Looking for Love In all the Wrong Places
By
Theresa Chaze

As a Tarot Reader, I have had many of my clients ask how they can find love. They want to find their soul mate. Everyone is looking for love, yet so often they are not searching for a relationship based on love and respect, but for someone to complete them or give them self-esteem. Neither is a good reason to become involved with another; it leads only to dependency, control and eventual resentment.
In order to find love with another, you first have to find it within yourself. Until you learn how to appreciate yourself, you will not be able to accept or trust the love others give you. When it is offered, you will not be able to believe that it is real or reliable, because you do not feel worthy of another's love. When the people with low self-esteem do become involved in relationships, it is frequently based on a need for approval, security, or to bolster a false self image by controlling the other. It is only when the relationship is based on respect, equality and love that it will be a healthy influence. A love between equals makes both people stronger, more independent, and the relationship more capable of weathering the challenges life offers.
Still others keep asking if a love from the past will return to them. If the relationship didn't work the first time, it will not work the second time around unless there have been major changes in one or both people involved. Many times, people will hold on to the hope of a past love returning as a way to protect themselves from being hurt again. Instead of a source of love and support, the past relationship becomes a shield to hide behind and to keep new loves at bay. Other times is fear of being vulnerable to another that keeps people hidden within their castle walls and the alligators in the moat.
In order to find true love, it has to radiate from the inside out. When we love and respect ourselves, we are capable of healing through the pain others cause us, while rejecting those who would attack our self-esteem. Self love gives us the courage and the strength to face the new challenges and adventures life places in our path. It is what gives us the energy to keep trying, even if at first we do not succeed. It is also what gives us the ability to see the beauty and goodness in others. Each and every person has value and is worthy of being treated with respect. By learning how to appreciate yourself, you will draw others into your life with whom you will be able to share a relationship based on love and respect.
