JEFFREY REDMOND SIGNS WITH TIGER PUBLICATIONS
Science Fiction Adventure writer Jeffrey Redmond has signed a multi-book contract with Tiger Publications. Their first release will be a science fiction murder mystery due out this summer (2008).
Tiger Publications is a traditional publisher that is open to all genres. Their business philosophy is "If a title we publish doesn’t sell, we are just as much to blame as the author." They fully support their authors with diverse promotion and marketing campaigns, which include give away items, press releases, and advertisements in genre related magazines and periodicals. In addition, books released through Tiger will be displayed at Book Expo and the American Library Convention. Their books are available to bookstores both on and off line through national distributors.
Their website is at www.tigerpublications.com
Jeffrey Redmond opens the doors to his fantasy realms of romance, suspense and betrayal. Starting in the magazine and newspaper industry, Redmond switched to fiction to explore the more creative side of his personality. He has the ability to go beyond the facts to explore the depth and breathe of not only the characters but also the many challenges he places them in. More than just a typical romance, he creates characters that are multi-dimensional and complex. They may not be perfect, but they are comfortable familiar and likeable.
Although the situations on the surface seem extraordinary, they are in fact about the defending of loved ones, seeking truth, and questioning our judgment. Common themes in every day life. Redmond uses the backdrop of other worlds to give his readers the opportunities to not only enjoy the reading experience, but to see a fresh perspectives on their own life issues
Currently Redmond has published several books, including Fair Aer-Inn, The Valley of Von-Dar, and The Islands of Mak-Naw, which were released through Double Dragon ebooks and Amazon Kindle. The print versions are available through Lulu.com. In addition, Writers Club Press released Redmond's science fiction Chronicles of Er-Da series in October 2000.
